I love these split back shirts. In the past I’ve order XS but found that it shrinks after it’s been washed and shifts to more of a crop top. The S works best if you aren’t necessarily trying to show off your midline. This is one of my favorite shirts to rock but I do strip it off during yoga because the back tends to fall forward during downward dog/front heavy poses and it can get annoying.
