Having tried many bra shelf yoga tops, this is the first one that works! Meaning I can wear it without another bra and I don’t fall out of it. So it’s great as a single layer yoga top.

I love it, It holds me in place for my high cardio days and is very comfortable. It is a little tight for a medium, which is what I typically wear, but it doesn't pinch and squish my body around.
