I love the size of the stone, great for massaging and meditation. However it is fragile in general, so you need to be mindful of the pressure if using it for massage. My husband uses it for massaging his jaw where he has scare tissue from radiation treatments. He finds it helps him. I had two break during shipping, but they were very good about replacing them.
