Since Covid we have started doing yoga at home instead of the studio so we had to buy a lot of equipment for 2 houses because we alternate days. My son saw the cork blocks on a couple of different websites and wanted to try them. It depends on what you are doing but the blocks are very stable. We alternate between foam and cork.
