I bought this ahead of Christmas knowing I'd be spending a while sitting on the floor while everyone opened presents, it worked perfect for this. This was the Christmas gift everyone didn't know they wanted, event he kids were taking turns with it. I like that I can refill it with the zipper and if I truly wanted to wash the cover I could dump the buckwheat fill into a mesh bag. The only thing that would make it better would be if it had a removable liner to support washing the cover.

Perfect for my tight hips! My first meditation cushion was a V-shaped one from Hugger Mugger but unfortunately it doesn’t give me the stability in my hips for longer meditations.So this cushion actually does and I love it! It also somehow helps me getting into deeper meditative states as I am not worried about my posture whatsoever.
