I'm 6'2". The mat fits me just right. I like that it is a long mat, but not wider than a standard mat. No strong odor. Grippy but not sticky. Durable. Cool design on it.

I love this mat. I’m 5’8 but with long arms and legs so on my other mat I had to get readjusting a lot during flow bc I’d be close to going off the mat. My other mad was really really thick bc I have joint issue and was worried thinner mats hurting but this mat does not bother my joints at all when using on hardwood floor at home.
