TBH these yoga mats are used all over my house for traction for my senior pup. BUT I will say, they have encouraged us to begin stretching a bit and trying out some yoga poses. The reason I went with these is that we wanted comfort, but also quality products since they are in and all over our home. We don't want harsh chemicals and plastics, so this was the brand for us. Once we purchased two to try them out, we then purchased several more. Highly recommend!
