I have several up level midi jumpsuits for hot yoga practice. I cannot recommend enough. It is nice not to adjust your top or leggings during practice. The space dye fabric feels wonderful, and has a medium compression. The shelf bra is a huge plus. Larger chested gals this is not built for jumping around high intensity, however, perfect for a Vinyasa flow.

I'm a size 6, 32DD and was debating between a S and a M. The S fits great. It has just enough compression to hold everything in and I'm no longer constantly pulling clothes up or down during yoga. It's also flattering; I have received several compliments.

This jumpsuit does not look exactly like the electric blue in the pictures online, but it is beautiful! I was a little worried on what size to get based on some other reviews, but with the adjustable straps, I figured I could make adjustments as needed. I am 5'4, 112lbs, athletic-thin build, 32C, and I got the size Small. It is fitted with plenty of room to move around without feeling squeezed. I love the fact that Everyday Yoga was able to have a color that I can't find anywhere! Thank you Everyday Yoga for delivering it fast! :-)
