I am between a small and medium, ordered the small. They fit so well and don't roll down. And they are so soft! I love them as much as my lululemon align, which is what I usually wear.

I’m either an xs or small, but lately I’ve been opting for xsmall because small has been giving me extra room around the crotch area and I like my leggings extra form-fitting. I have a few other xsmall leggings from beyond yoga and they do run a little tight. I have two where I have trouble getting over my hips, but then they fit fine once I do get it over my hips. But this one, however, doesn’t give my that issue! The elastic is more forgiving and I can easily slide it up past my hips! These might be one of my favorites from beyond yoga now. I also bought the matching bra. If you’re between sizes, you can definitely order the smaller one on here!
