Betsey Johnson has been rocking the fashion industry with her unique designs since the 1960s. Betsey grew up with a love for costumes and entered the New York fashion scene in 1964 by winning Mademoiselle magazine's "Guest Editor Contest." A year later, she landed the top designer position for Paraphernalia, a clothing boutique that at the time housed the hottest young London designers. What would soon become known as Betsey's trademark look began its formulations here: sexy silhouettes, hippie inspired flowing fabrics, whimsical detailing and most importantly, a fabulous fit.
Betsey Johnson is known for her bold prints, neon dyes, puffed sleeves, deep necklines, and low waists. Her brand ranges from apparel, swimwear, accessories, shoes, bedding and much more. She was inspired by the avant-garde London fashion scene. Johnson, along with designer Mary Quant and artist Andy Warhol, helped pioneer the “Youthquake” movement in fashion, art and culture.
Betsey Johnson, both the woman and the label, is constantly moving forward and continues to keep a strong foothold in the fashion industry with no signs of letting up anytime soon. There were no removable cups. The lining was completely stitched closed, so it's not as if they were forgotten. Other than that, a great purchase, very comfortable.

I ordered all mediums, I had originally ordered large and they just were not as solid enough to keep my breasts where they need to be. I returned the size large for mediums. For the record I am 36ddd. Now all the sizes except for xsmall and small are Avaibale. These are great gret bras if you can get your hands on one, they wash well and the mesh keeps me cool. Literally wear one 24/7, bought enough to have wash and wear available all the time. Wish BJ would continue with this design. Love it

This is the most comfortable bra I have ever owned. At age 57 that’s a lot. I’m a 36ddd and bought the large, XLARGE was to large medium would’ve been ok but was a bit snugger than I liked. This bras design prevents that embarrassing thing when your cold. The mesh is amazing it keeps me cool, love the scoop neck and scoop back. I literally wear this 24/7, got my 1st one online from the place with prime, and I bought all they had in large. Then searched all over for more. Love them. They wash great, but do not use any fabric softener, softener ruins work out clothes. I have to wear a bra to sleep in, due to biopsies etc, and this is so comfy. Sure hope Betsey doesn’t stop making this onE. And oh ya looks cute and sexy with low cut tops or deep v necks I wouldn’t be ashamed to wear this at the beach either. Love it
