Great cushion and balance support for a work desk. I use it on and off throughout the day to mix up and give me some more chances to work on my stability and activate muscles that otherwise lay dormant. Knocked off a star because this small seat cushion was shipped in a (no kidding) 2x4.5ft box!! It was unreal when it arrived to my door and really a bit commical. But I was very sad to see such awful waste of resources by this company - yoga is meant to be in harmony with the earth. cmon!
