YogaOutlet's Top Five Countdown of Gratitude
What better way to ring in the New Year, than with a countdown of gratitude? Counting down each day until 2014, we composed the top five things we were grateful for this year with the #YogaOutletTop5. We want to know which of those five you were most grateful for. Submit your vote in the comments below with #1-5, or "other." All of the comments submitted by January 6 will be entered in a drawing to win a $50 gift card.
#5- In 2013 we were so thankful for the Smithsonian's Arthur M. Sackler Gallery launching 'Yoga: The Art of Transformation', the world's first exhibition of yogic art. This gallery not only honored the beauty of yoga as an art, but reignited the beauty of yoga into our culture.
#4. We're thankful for YOU. In 2013 YogaOutlet.com has blossomed into a beautiful, successful company; we owe all of our gratitude to our loyal customers, inspiring friends and wonderful fans.
#3. We are grateful for Malala Yousafzai and her undeniable courage and kind heart. In 2013, this inspiring teenager was recognized with many notable prizes and awards for being an advocate for young girls world-wide.
#2. In 2013, we were moved by Nelson Mandela and the celebration of his life. In honoring Mandela and all of his accomplishments, we are especially thankful for the influential people of the world that lead with compassion and perseverance.
#1. We are most grateful for being dedicated to our practice in 2013. It is a beautiful thing to be able to use yoga as an outlet of expression, inspiration and passion in everyday life. #MyYogaOutlet
