How to Make a Vision Board to Manifest Your Dreams This Spring

Spring is in full bloom and the world around us is vibrant and fresh. It’s the perfect time to bring your dreams to life! One of the most powerful ways to manifest your desires is by creating a vision board. Follow these simple steps to make your very own!

Step 1: Set Clear and Deliberate Intentions
In order to have a flourishing garden, you have to start by deciding what it is that you’d like to grow. The same goes for creating a life of abundance. Take some time to be thoughtful about what intentions you’d like to set for yourself. Perhaps you want to start traveling more, or maybe you want to invite a loving relationship into your life. Whatever your desires may be, it’s important to get clear and focused on them. Writing them down is a helpful way to do this.

Step 2: Gather the Materials for Your Vision Board
Now that you’re clear on what you’d like to bring to life, it’s time to assemble the necessary tools and prep the landscape for your vision board. Begin by picking out your board. Any kind of board will do. Cork boards, pin boards, and poster boards are all great options. Next, collect images and words that inspire you and reflect your wishes. These images and words can be found in magazines, from personal photos, in old books, and online. If you want to add your personal style to your vision board, feel free to gather any fun art supplies to decorate it with.

Step 3: Decorate Your Board
It’s time to sow the seeds of your desires! Lay out your images, words, and decorations on your board. Do so with thoughtfulness and presence so as to really allow your intentions to sink in. It's also important to allow yourself to have fun with this and let the creativity flow through you. Once everything is laid out as you like it, glue or tape it in place.

Step 4: Find a Home for Your Vision Board
Place your vision board in a place where you will see and enjoy it often. This visual reminder will help you focus on your intentions every day. As James Redfield said, “Where attention goes, energy flows!” Watering your desires with your attention will help them grow and -before you know it- blossom into being.
