EverydayYoga.com Launches over 200 Educational Guides for the Yoga Community

San Jose, CA (September 5, 2013) - EverydayYoga.com, the newly-launched sister site of popular swim shop SwimOutlet.com, has launched a comprehensive new section of how-to-guides to assist budding and experienced yogis alike with over 200 instructional articles available now at: http://www.everydayyoga.com/guides

The educational content is intended to help customers connect and grow their personal practice. As one of the most extensive collections of yoga guides available online, EverydayYoga.com aims to offer a holistic retail experience by providing guides that help them make informed decisions about their purchases.

"I'm so pleased we can bring these great how-to-guides and tutorials both to our customers and to yogis in general looking to expand their practice," said Puja Seth, Category Director for EverydayYoga.com, who has over a decade of experience as a yoga teacher and yoga community advocate. "The sheer volume of our content is impressive for such a young site and can be a useful online learning tool from the newest of beginners to the most advanced."

All 200-plus guides are also accessible through the retailer's mobile-optimized site m.everydayyoga.com, which makes it easy to reference yoga poses while practicing each pose.

"We were surprised that a lot of yoga pose educational content on the web lacked mobile optimized pages," said Alexander Sienkiewicz, CMO at EverydayYoga.com. "Yogis on-the-go and on-the-mat need a way to access yoga pose content through their smart phones."

The educational content comes complete with custom step-by-step photography to highlight things such as pose breakdowns, stretching guides and other yoga-related tips. Other yoga community features are also planned for the near future as EverydayYoga.com continues its growth.

"We want to be a comprehensive one-stop shop with the broadest selection of yoga products at the best prices on the web," said Seth. "This falls in line with our broad-based mission to help you find your Yoga 'outlet' and personal expression."

EverydayYoga.com was launched in beta in 2012 and formally launched earlier this spring and has already grown its social presence boasting nearly 20,000 Facebook fans. In 2013, the site was awarded the STELLAService "Elite" seal for superior customer service with only 5% of reviewed online retailers achieving the "Elite" rating. EverydayYoga.com's older sibling, SwimOutlet.com, was named to Internet Retailer's Hot 100 list and Top 10 Mobile Retailers in 2011.
