Day 11 Relax Into Your Hips

 

In this 20 minute yoga video, I share a soothing, yin, hip opening sequence. We relax into the hips instead of forcing. Make yourself comfortable by using yoga blocks and bolsters if you have them. The Yin experience is always more awesome when you use props. Light a candle, put on your favorite relaxing music and melt into this one. Enjoy!
