I love the feel and quality of this mat, however I didn't realize how thin it was going to be until I actually used it. At home on carpet it would be perfect, but for use in the studio it's too thin. I already have bad knees, and they hurt when I used this mat. I don't usually work out at home, so it might end up collecting dust unfortunately. I should've read the details more carefully, my fault.

I wasn't thrilled with this mat. It is very thin which would make it a great travel mat. It shifts and wrinkles easily. It also had an unpleasant small. It does have good grip.
