It needs to be taller, it slides on hard surfaces, and the legs keep collapsing. I could not fit my legs under it comfortably. I am of medium build, not small, but not big either. The little plastic knobs on the bottom are incompatible with hard surfaces, and require a rubber mat - I used therapeutic stretch bands to prevent sliding. Then the hinged legs kept folding up. The design should include a brace to prevent folding. Once seated, it was fine if I didn't move. The padding was good. Sadly, I returned it and resumed straddling two yoga blocks for sitting.

I bought this meditation bench 3 years ago. I was going on a ten day retreat, I was advised to bring a bench as well as my cushions. I decided to order the bench a couple of days before the retreat. It was delivered overnight!
