I really like this mat towel, it has a lovely colour and fits my mat very well. It can be a little slippery though if it gets very wet.

Towel is very soft and absorbent. Nice the way it fits over the whole mat and seems to help with slipping. Good purchase for yourself, or as a gift.

I used this towel during a hot yoga class. It was definitely absorbent but it didn't stick to my mat like other towels I've used so I had to keep adjusting it. That would be my only criticism.

I know that most people probably use this towel during yoga but it works well in barre too. Perfect for doing plank, you don't slip and slide and perfect for ab work when you are laying on the mat.
