I have two pairs of these leggings! The fabric is so soft and comfortable and light that it truly is like a second skin. I am 5'4"; 128 lbs. and ordered medium but definitely could have bought them in small, they are very stretchy. Between the high waist and the stirrup I never feel like I have to adjust them to be comfortable so I can focus on my practice rather than my leggings. I highly recommend these leggings and am hoping that they hold up as well as all of the other Beyond Yoga items that I have had through the years.

High waist is perfect - finally I don't have to think about my pants every 5' Wish they were made with a more thick and durable material - it does not "model" your Body like some leggings do...
