Using one 3 minute egg widthwise or 2 eggs longwise under the lower back in supported bridge is much more comfortable than using a standard block for support. Putting a 3 minute egg under each forearm during savasana (especially with a bolster under the back and another under the knees) is blissful relaxation. These also make great leg supports when in a cross leg seated position for longer periods of time. I would recommend adding the 3 minute egg to your yoga practice.
