surely it is a good breathing exercise. I m practicing since last 4 years n achieved tremendous result .I m reaching nearly 50 but my hair is black and weight is under control.i m free from all types of diseases.the day when i do not pranayam , i feel very much uneasy .

it is amazing breathing exercise by having natural healing capacity.But remember don't try it fast.

Most excellent. I've been a student and teacher of breathing exercises for more than a decade but somehow this practice escaped my attention.
It's powerful for sure! It's also challenging to keep the pumping exhales going that rapidly for that long. It's as though they start to trip over each other.
I'll definitely be adding this to my practice. Thanks.

Hi Mike!
It's really an amazing breath. I use it during my morning meditation everyday. One thing I learned when I started (or if I'm teaching beginners) is to go slow with the breath. If you can learn to do the breath correctly, slowly, you'll have no problem naturally increasing the speed. Even slowly the breath really has great healing properties. Have fun!!
