Day 3 Seat

 

Seat toning videos are always highly requested on my channel, and this is the most intense seat sculpting workout I have ever put out there. In this floor exercise, we are strengthening all the surrounding muscles of the hip joint. This translates to more stability in all your yoga poses -- especially balances. It's very normal for the seat to cramp or tense during this hardcore exercise. Take breaks if needed and return to this video often to work-up to the full reps.
